- Black and white, dull , gritty surroundings reflects poverty within the estate.
- P.O.V shots at the start going up the stairs of the station, showing us all around introducing us to Brooklyn
- Things that represent genre hip-hop rap:Guns, criminal activity, balaclavas, graffiti, suitcase of money/drugs in the boot, police search, mainly black cast/ race tensions, run-down urban area of brooklyn, girls in bikinis, base ball caps, baggy jeans,hoodies, bling, street dancing.
